Shipping and Processing Times

We ship orders from Tennessee via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

In-Stock Items

If an item is marked In Stock, it is currently on hand and will ship within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Standard delivery within the United States generally takes 3–7 business days after the order ships.

Custom Preorder Items

Once production begins on a custom preorder item, please allow 3–6 weeks for the item to arrive to us. After it arrives, please allow an additional 3–7 business days for shipping to you.

Boutique Preorder Items

Please allow 10–25 days for a boutique preorder item to arrive to us. After it arrives, please allow an additional 3–7 business days for shipping to you.

The product description will clearly indicate whether an item has a 10–25-day lead time or a 3–6-week lead time. These timelines apply before the item ships to the customer.
